Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and personal care safety reasons, used or opened grooming products are not eligible for return.

A return or replacement may be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
  • The request must be approved by our support team

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or tested shavers
  • Opened personal grooming products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Replacements

If a product is damaged or defective:

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Dispatch depends on stock availability
  • No extra shipping charge for approved replacements

If the issue is verified as our error, we will guide you on the return process. Please do not self-ship items without confirmation.
